Parent And Community Organisation

The Parent Organisation for West Wallsend Public School is the P&C (or Parents and Citizens) Association.

The P&C meets on the first Tuesday of each calendar month at 9.30 am. All parents are very welcome to attend.

The Executive of the P&C for 2009 is:

Our school's Parents an Citizens' Association supports the school in many ways. These include:

•  Providing a forum for two way communication between the community and the school.
•  Providing advocacy for the school and its polices and programs.
•  The running of a school canteen which provides healthy well-priced lunches and snacks.
•  Providing financial support for the school.
•  Providing school resources.
•  Providing "in kind" support for the school.
• Participating in school planning and school development.
• Organising family education programs such as 'Interelate'

Our school is a community based local public school and is supportive of the West Wallsend Chamber of Commerce
